G's Mobile Pub provides a turn-key mobile bar trailer service for all your event needs. Whether it's a wedding, corporate function, or private party, our experienced team can pull up with a fully-stocked bar ready to serve beer, wine, and custom cocktails. We can handle all of your event beverage needs ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for your guests.

Mobile Pub Travel and Use
3 Hr Rental $1,500 - 5 Hr Rental $2,100
Alcohol not included, priced separately under the Hourly Bar Service options below. Trailer rental fee includes:
- Trailer set-up, break-down. Additional mileage charges may apply (beyond 25 miles)
- Plastic-ware for all beverages
- 1 bartender [1 required for each 100 guests, $250 per additional bartender needed up to 200 guests]
- 2 draft beer lines
- Permitting and insurance
- Lighting and generator for trailer
Food Service
For licensing purposes, the State of CT requires catering trucks (including mobile bars) to include food choices for their customers. This food option should be considered optional and is offered within the final contract and subject to modification or omission based on the customer's other catering selected for their event.
$15 per person
Cold cut sandwich catering offered at $15 per person. Includes a choice of 4 sandwiches, chips, and dessert. Includes:
- Responsible food service
- Preparation and service of food from the agreed menu, as agreed upon by both parties
- Provision of necessary serving utensils, napkins, and disposable plates/containers
- On-site refrigeration and sanitary food preparation service
- Cleanup of the immediate trailer serving area
3 - 5 Hour Bar Service
Each Bar Service Includes
- Responsible alcohol service
- Acquisition, preparation, licensing/permitting and service of the alcohol selection menu items as agreed upon by both parties
- Access to full bar selection, modified/custom selection, or beer & wine only options
- All mixtures and garnishes
- On site refrigeration/ice
- Water, coffee, tea, and soft drink choices
Open Bar - Pricing Range $23 - $50 per person
Rate per guest which covers all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages consumed during the contracted event period. This is a great package for events that expect strong consumption by guests
Full Service Bar
Provide us with a budget for the bar portion; when we hit this dollar amount, we can either extend or switch to a cash bar. Good for lighter alcohol consumption. Beverage minimum applies
Cash Bar
We will collect payment from your guests for the beverages; we accept cash, credit card or Venmo. Cash bar selections priced $5 to $9 per beverage. Beverage minimum applies

Prices are subject to 20% gratuity & tax. Full Service Bar and Cash Bar packages require a beverage minimum of $3,000 for events from 3/14 to 9/1 & $4,000 from 9/1-10/31
